Calorie Burn Boot Camp
Workout Time: 21 Minutes
Take your calorie and fat burn through the stratosphere with this short, intense workout set up with bouts of exercise like a boxing match. Led by Amanda Young, you'll do 3 rounds of movement, 30 seconds each. In the first 2 rounds you'll do 2 exercises per set and in the last, most intense round you'll do 4 exercises per set.
